I love the friendly and approachable lecturers, I feel confident going to them about any issues. I think more could be done to help people engage with the people in their flat/block. But other than that it’s all positives.

I love the lectures and find the seminars engaging. The amount of contact hours suits me. Sometimes we have seminars where we are just told to book a tutorial and then we can go, it would be nice to know this in advance and be able to book via email instead because it can feel like a waste of time and effort.

I appreciate the cleaners coming in each week. A lot of my friends at other unis may a lot less per week.

The University of Worcester is a fantastic place to study at. The location is idyllic from the river Severn and swans, to the Cathedral. Everything is within walking distance, from the campuses themselves to amenities such as shops and transport links including the train station. Worcester feels very safe and student friendly. There are many facilities offered by the University easily accessible by students including the Hive and study spaces, cafes and a shop on campus. There is a lot of support available. The university ensure all students are assigned a personal academic tutor. This is something that has really benefitted me and I have gained an incredible amount of help and support from my PAT. There is also academic support from Writers in Residence and Academic Liason Librarians at the Hive. The campuses look very appealing and are well maintained and safe for students. Reception staff are always very friendly and there are maps available as well signage to help new students find their way around. The campuses are also very environmentally friendly, especially with the new planting of wildflowers.

The course is really good. My lecturers are all very supportive and there is always an opportunity for 1-1 assignment tutorials and plenty of feedback. The contact hours each week are good and my lessons are all in person. I have had a lot of support from my personal academic tutor which has been paramount to my study. Overall I am very satisfied.

The accommodation is good value for money. The City Campus is very close to amenities including shops and travel links such as the bus and train station. The WiFi was good. The accommodation felt very safe. There was security constantly patrolling the campus, plenty of CCTV and I was given phone numbers to contact security if I needed to.
