I love the greenery of the campus and all the lecturers in the English department are very supportive and helpful

I love that in third year we are taught mostly through seminar work

Positive, exceeds expectations. All about meeting people and doing your best really. Though uni might not be everyone's calling, it opens up so many incredible opportunities so t is worth a try.

The university has almost everything necessary but could benefit from a pool (for swim society for example)

Lots of modes of communication and it is made very aware that support and help is available if needed.

Reading is a nice town and you are only a train ride (approx 27 mins) from London.

Lots of choice and the students union encouraged people to create new societies if they wish.

I see my tutors about 10 or more hours a week, more if needed. Freedom to think but structured enough you can progress.
