I've had the absolute best three years of my life at UEA and I would do it all over again if I could! I'm leaving this uni as a more confident, skilful, independent and adventurous person having done more things in three years than I have done throughout the whole rest of my education. UEA has been such a wonderful home and I will always remember it for that feeling.

Excellent- having visited many other universities whether at open days or visits for competitions etc, it's really evident how amazing our sports facilities are and the huge range of facilities that are provided to us on the main campus.

Academic support from the majority of tutors, lecturers and personal advisors is excellent with so many of them going well above and beyond to help and support you along the way. I haven't received any personal support so cannot comment.

I think that they provide a huge range of opportunities to get involved with things as well as some really great services for students. Inevitably, there are times where the services provided are just not enough to fully support every single student but I think that everyone at the SU really does their best to try and help.

Norwich is a beautiful city with lots to do and a really nice historical feel to it. It's very safe and feels quite homely, whilst still having a decent night life and entertainment scene.

Firstly, the range of clubs and societies is huge and covers everything you could think of. The membership fees are more than reasonable for the sessions that you receive and the sports facilities are second to none. Both UEA SU and UEA Sport manage the clubs and societies excellently and there are so many opportunities within both that you can take advantage of as a student.

The thing I like the most is the flexibility in course structure in terms of being able to choose your own modules. This means that you can really modify your course to suit your own interests which I particularly loved. The thing I like the least is possibly the fact that there is a limit to the modules that you can choose as I often found it hard to narrow the selection down to just a few! Also maybe a few more contact hours with tutors/personal advisors would be nice.

UEA offers such a wide range of internships, student and graduate jobs and volunteer placements so that you have lots of things to write on your CV. There are also so many opportunities to get involved with sports and societies in terms of being on committee, as well as within your school of study as course representatives and various other roles.

There are so many different areas to study and the people are so friendly and welcoming. I didn't feel homesick at all, and the support available is great. Book rooms closer to each other if you have to dash from a seminar to a lecture.
