Living in Kingswood can sometimes be very inconvenient in terms of being apart of societies and traveling back and forth between lectures/seminars/etc. The food at Kingswood does not accommoate to students the desire to eat regularly healthy, and/or student with gluten alergies. Kingswood rooms/flats also lack freezers and makes it more difficult to store food a student would buy to replace what they cannot eat at the canteen. But Kingswoodprovides a real sense of community between all the students which live here. The university as a whole has been really great and I love my course.

Royal Holloway is a quiet uni, but that isn't necessarily a bad thing. Regularly life around campus is great and it's easy to get whatever you may need for courses or for anything else. However, the nights out can be a let down and when compared to other unis, the SU leaves a lot to be desired. Plus I don't think the uni puts much effort into making Kingswood residents feel involved. Overall, the atmosphere of the uni is great and it is obviously very beautiful and I am enjoying being here very much.
