Acoomodation and city life are far too exoensive it costs crazy ammounts to rent rooms in a student houses close to the city here. I do not think that the univesity facilities on the whole are that good and teh students union really does need improving. Other universities get really good acts we do not.

The campus accomodation I stay in regularly has a lot of maintenance issues(clogged shower/sinks, lift out of order, washers/dryers not working even after charging students, heaters malfunctioning, etc.) that remain unresolved, or recurring for extended periods of time, greatly inconveniencing students!

The teaching is adequate, but the assessments are notoriously disadvantageous for students with respect to overlapping deadlines, vague guidelines, poor feedback on draft work, etc.

As already mentioned, the student accomodation I reside in is riddled with problems! The lift constantly being out of order for almost two weeks every time is the worst issue! It's terrible for students like me who live on the upper floors when we have to carry large batches of laundry/groceries up the stairs!
