Best aspects are that a lot of the staff were really good and would reply quickly and be helpful. I really like the location of the campus and the uni buildings. The library and campus facilities are nice too. Worst aspects were that I found it impossible to access any mental health support over Covid and I was just re-directed to self-help support. There also seems to be no process for helping students be screened for accessibility needs e.g dyslexia, dyspraxia, Adhd which some universities provide. Occasionally I found online resources sometimes disorganised/hard to navigate and wish there was a bit more centralisation.

Really responsive staff who normally really want to help you out in your uni experience and make things easier for you. There are also a lot of modules I find really interesting and many that are interesting in making themselves increasingly relevant. I wish that there were less compulsory modules as this often stopped me from being able to study some really interesting and important subjects as I couldn’t choose it over a compulsory 30 credit module. Sometimes information is not very centralised and can be a bit all over the place in terms of guidelines. I found it really hard to locate the referencing guide for example.
