For clarity, I have had no significant interaction with the students’ union and so rated it 3/5 in order to be neutral. The facilities of the uni are completely fine, I’ve had no major problems with any of them. Although several screens in the Jack Kilby Computing Centre (primarily the booths) have been marked as unavailable for the entire time I’ve been here. The location of the campus isn’t massively convenient for me only because I live in Falkirk and have to travel into Edinburgh to reach it, but it is easy to reach from the train station. I also haven’t needed much support from the staff while I’ve been here, but I do appreciate how much the emphasise its availability. It makes it very clear that if I have any sort of issue, there’s a relevant kind of support I can receive from the university.

I’m not aware of any work placement opportunities available for my course so I rated it a 1/5 in placed of an N/A option. The course itself I feel is taught to a good standard, and the lecturers themselves are helpful and very communicative about times they are available outside of classes and the like.
