The people are the best part of the university, be it the students or the lecturers, everyone is open minded and you are likely to find your group, or someone you can get along easily. But if you're looking for stuff to do, Hatfield is fairly sparse, and you may want to catch public transport to areas like Watford or London. But so far, I've experienced the most change as an individual from the shy, antisocial 18 year old at the start.
