Great place to study

The uni has a great array of facilities, and being in the heart of the city means that it's in one of the best possible locations. The staff are very helpful and approachable. The union has been completely downgraded though with very few spaces within the actual union building for society meetings. The range and quality of the societies on the other hand is absolutely stellar. The uni's not the best for giving out test results, usually taking extended periods of time to return results even for assignments.

The uni has been very successful at exclusively in person and exclusively online, but has been lacking in the mixed learning department, as it is unclear as to what is in person and when and whether or not it is mandatory for certain things to be in person or not.

Glasgow's a nice place to live. Being able to access a multitude of different amenities in such a close range is super useful. People are friendly and helpful in the city and it always feels welcoming.

The halls at Strathclyde are good quality. The staff are friendly and prompt to attend needed repairs. The provided cleaning service is very nice. James Goold Hall is probably one of the easiest places to break into however as the door automatically shuts and anyone could just walk in if someone with a key had just entered or exited the flat. Having an en-suite is very useful, but no coat hooks is a very weird removal to have done in the recent renovations.
