Everyone has been so friendly and the university has put in a lot of effort to make the transition to university life as smooth as possible. The buildings of the campus are all nice with a lot of character and good facilities. The staff really value student feedback. The union host lots of events to make student life interesting.

The engineering building, the Diamond, is very well-equipped with lots of specialist labs. The course content has been tailored to make it interesting although the workload can sometimes be quite a commitment. There is plenty of contact time with tutors and lecturers and the staff implement student feedback readily.

They're in a very concentrated area which gives a sense of community within the university. They have good facilities and are well-kept, with a maintenance team you can call at any hour. The location is very green.
