Major variations in tutors. Some are great and lecture very well, these same ones are also happy to help and reply to emails fairly quickly. Others don’t make lectures engaging and often just read from a screen, making such lectures feel like a waste of money and time, these lecturers often also take a long time to reply when asked for support. This gives a feel of them having a sense of power over the students and ignorance for offering support. Although that does seem a minority in comparison to those that go out of their way to offer support as much as possible
