Well known for engineering, good lecturers and resources for learning. Library always available. Excellent night life. The accommodation is not what I expected, but there are others that have it so much worse. The internet and showers are good, but you can forget about applying for campus residences as it seems it is a luck of the draw type system, and you'll end up disappointed in the student village despite applying for a quiet area.

The place is an total entertainment package. There is one of the best go-karting track around 30mins away from swansea. There is a laser tag arena in swansea near the city centre. There are so many pubs with great food and beer. Nightouts are always exciting and filled with fun specially when there are such amazing clubs to party at. Leaving fun aside, swansea has a studious side too. The coursework and assessments are the centre of my life or rather any student life. The university professors take every possible measure to help students progress. Extra problems, textbook extracts, exam type questions etc are the main things which the professors mail the students and I feel that they are of great help. The thing which keeps us all on track is the class test which are at decent intervals and test the clarity of a topic known to that student. Swansea has the perfect mix of academic and social life and I am proud to be a part of swansea university.
