Its a small uni so you can easily get the support you need. More students would mean better student life I think and a wider variety of opportunities but it's such a good uni.

Covid messed up a lot of it but still good.

The uni don't own the accommodation and the landlord that does is awful. The accommodation should be given or bought by the uni

Student support and student Union are amazing, they cannot do enough for their students and help them every step of the way. A few buildings are in need of maintenance repairs like the female toilets in the James Heir building as all the soap dispensers are broken but other than that is a great University to attend!

Unable to attend lectures online if you are away, but lecturers help to provide the work that has been missed. Has been quite an adventure and had lots of support from the teams. There are also resources like libraries, journals, and sometimes even labs that have helped to deepen my understanding of the subjects. Sometimes I am unable to contact my tutors due to my e-mails going into their junk/spam folders but they get back to me eventually and I can always send a message on teams for anything urgent. I have not yet attended any placements this year as I think they are next year and am excited about the opportunity to extend my knowledge to the real world and gain experience in a job setting.
