The student life is amazing, the union make you feel welcome from day 1! The campus is in a perfect location, whether you’re looking for a quiet student city or for the party life there’s something for you. The science facilities are of such a high standard and it’s ensured that you know what you’re doing to prepare you for the industry.

The course has a good amount of tutor contact, but gives you enough time to focus on your independent study as well. The hours are manageable and fit well for commuting students.

I love the size and location of CCCU, its a short distance from the main town and the campus is of a smaller size so navigation is way easier as a new student. I feel there is constant support for me amongst lectures, my personal tutor, the union, the library and izone on campus. Emails are also responded to hastily. The campus has many green spaces and is kept very clean.

My course is brilliant! The timetable is very well planned, I don't have lectures super far apart from one another. For first year, they do not throw you into the deep end with in-person exams, instead grade you with report papers and online set exercises. This puts a lot less pressure on new students who are settling into a new environment and trying to adapt to the university lifestyle.
