Student services for mental health support is pretty poor, one time counselling is not effective

Wonderful opportunities to study outside

The best aspects are the societies, specifically the mountaineering society. I am able to travel to all parts of Scotland through Stirling. The student union could be improved if the venue was more widely used and advertised.

The best part of my course is the fieldwork. We get to travel to various places in Scotland to get our hands dirty and learn through our own investigations. The worst aspect is some of the online material- I prefer to learn in person and find it impossible to do every online lesson.

Very expensive for what rooms you are given! Great place to access town.
