Best aspects of University: The lecturers are amazing at support and any issues that may arise during university, they are always there to help. There are many facilities at the Uni campuses e.g., many different libraries, computer rooms, student bar/study zones. The location of every campus is very useful e.g., close to the town centre, gyms, student halls and accommodation. To improve, there could be more of a variety of student unions e.g., most are tailored to sports.

Best aspects: Amazing work placement opportunities, these really help to gain an insight to what I wish to pursue in the future. There is a wide variety on the course content, I have many different modules that are very insightful and interesting. The lecturers take an interest in each student and do help make university life fun and less stressful at times e.g., PT meetings help myself share any thoughts in general. There are no bad aspects to my course.

There’s always someone there to help you whether that is for wellbeing or academic worries. The university lecturers always go over and beyond to help the students

Contact time can vary through the weeks and it’s all in class learning . We have a chance for placement for 3 weeks, which is a great experience to put theory into practice and gives you an insight on what you would like to do for the future.

There’s 24 hours security, which helps you settle in. There’s well-being officers that are there if you’re feeling homesick. There’s a bus to and from a club which ensures you get home safe, great to tell your parents too! (They won’t be too worried). Halls allow to you make friends from different courses too.
