Surrounded by scenic views, everybody in Bangor seems to be more relaxed than in other locations. The university has great connections within North Wales, meaning that those that study in Bangor are able to explore the surrounding area with the university. The only drawback is that humanities is underfunded

With my course I get personalized sessions to suit my interests, with lecturers interested in my own research. On the otherhand, there is no other students for some units, meaning the sessions rely on me doing all the research/reading/understanding

Scenic views, mountains, etc. - always something to do and explore nearby. Downside is there's not much to do if you don't enjoy exploring the surroundings

The price of rent includes your room, bin men, cleaners, and a gym membership - good value for money! Downside is the building can get loud, especially at night
