I really enjoy this university. I have found a good balance between independent learning and support offered. Lecturers are helpful without being to oppressive. Easy to make loads of mates.

hope is a great place to study because it is a nice distance from the city so there are no main distractions and the campus is set on beautiful grounds. the majority of the staff are helpful and support sometimes the uni shuttle bus is very unreliable and it is difficult to make my way into uni without any other travel plans

the course hours are nice and i like how they have ensured that all classes for each course are on the same day. however, the three hour break on a monday can be exhausting and most people end up going home, meaning that we are missing the last lecture i feel like sometimes the lecturers spend most of their time reading from the slides and not really explaining the content sometimes. and the powerpoints are not often fully referenced. this is not very helpful because sometimes i want to use the information from the slides but cannot find where the information has come from.

the uni halls were good. the rooms were a nice size and there was a nice number of bathrooms for the amount of people living in the flat. however, when i lived here they had recently been done up, they painted over the pinboard so i could not use it and the walls were falling apart. the mattresses are also terrible condition. i had to have mine replace because the springs were sticking up that much. and the beds are too small, they arent even the full size of a single bed
