The beautiful and inspiring campus environment, especially the Greenwich campus. Studying in such a historic setting creates a motivating atmosphere that makes learning more enjoyable. Another highlight has been the supportive lecturers, particularly within the digital marketing modules. The teaching is practical and industry-focused, which has helped me connect theory to real-world applications like social media strategy, analytics, and campaign planning.

I don't like how unsafe it is. My package was stolen outside my court. The rider left it outside, and when I got home, I never found it. I reported the issue to security, and it took them two weeks to respond with no solution.

Worst aspects / improvements: Communication can be slow at times, and student services get overwhelmed during busy periods. Some modules could use more real-world, industry-focused examples.

The rooms are comfortable, the common areas are useful, and the overall environment feels safe and friendly. What I like least / improvements: For what we pay, the value could be better — especially with things like maintenance response times and overall amenities. Some facilities feel a bit basic, and noise levels can be an issue at times. A few upgrades and quicker support would improve the experience a lot.
