The support I have received at university is amazing. I was previously doing another course, Computer Science, however it took a toll on my mental health as I was not enjoying it and forcing myself to do it. I eventually took a break in my second year and the uni supported me amazingly, quick responses, and a quick resolution that allowed me to transfer onto another course at the start of the next academic year. The newest building, Catalyst, is where I currently study and the overall atmosphere is incredibly relaxing and the style is very modern. There are no real downsides to the university, with the only somewhat irk I have is that the campus is split up into 2 sections with a housing estate in between, it would look nicer altogether however this isnt a complaint I have

University halls
What do you think about the safety, condition, location and cost of your accommodation?
The least I like about the halls is that the rooms have breezeblock walls, they are not really plastered over and it can sometimes feel a little eary. However the halls have amazing facilities, fast wifi, and are 30 seconds away from where I study so they are incredibly convenient
