I think that the Student Union could be a lot more interactive when it comes to giving information to student especially about societies as many people I know as well as myself have signed up to societies and haven’t heard anything back. As well as, the promotion for the societies isn’t as good as it needs to be which can feed into the idea that there is nothing to do here which isn’t true. Additionally, I think some of the facilities in the uni specifically in campus need to be refurbished such as the chairs which have permanent stains of them. Lastly, I think that the student support here is moderately good but I think some lectures overload students with information sometimes so I think it would be good to create something where students can anonymously give lectures monthly feedback. Despite this, I have been enjoying my time but there are just some certainly things that I would personally change.

I think that no matter the level of psychology a person studies, it will always be content heavy. Despite this I am enjoying the subject so far. However, I wish that there would be a bit more online resource for Bsc Psychology as the textbook can sometimes unnecessarily have too much information.

I think my accommodation is relatively good I just wish people would clean up after themselves. But then again this isn’t an issue with the uni but with some of the students here.

The scenery around campus makes it a great place to study and it’s great for well-being. I thoroughly enjoy walking into uni with the environment. The plugs are a bit of an inconvenience in classrooms as they tend to only be on one side of the room.

The way the subject is taught is great, majority of the lectures are brilliant at what they do and the content is great too. However, the organisation is not great in a couple of the modules, especially PSY2005 research methods and statistics. The module lead should have released data for us to complete our assignment before Christmas allowing us to start before we had two weeks of exams to revise for however this was not released until 2 weeks before the due date which resulted in many students using their self-certification extension.
