Students union, welfare and accommodation are all great and the city feels very welcoming but with enough going on. The Peak District within walking distance is also a big plus

Could have more contact hours, but facilities are incredible in the wave building and lecturers are all lovely. The course is social science based so not as technical as some equivalents

Absolutely stunning, really lovely kitchen and big enough rooms, the ensuite shower is a bit small but that’s reaching. Worst part is being on level 4 with no lift.

The learning environment is very good and it allows you to enjoy your studies. However, since it’s an open campus, it takes a long time to get from one building to another.

The course content is one of the best parts of my course. There are no notable things that need to be mentioned for the improvements.

I like how safe it is, even at night when I’m walking alone. However, the rent per week is a bit pricey and the location is really far from many of the university buildings and other facilities, like a grocery store. The WiFi connection is also very poor.
