I cannot describe how much I have loved being at Lincoln.
I joined the dance society and have done many competitions and showcases, had the chance to teach my own class and use my skills and knowledge to be the president of the society.
The whole We Are Lincoln feel really adds to the the togetherness of any sport.
The location is amazing with everything on your doorstep and the stunning cathedral to visit and see everyday.
Night life is great too with something for students every night of the week.

Facilities
How good are your university's facilities?
There is everything from radio booths to science labs, dance studios to sports centers. The library has 3 floors, one being a silent a floor and an amazing range of books and research.
There is a theatre too which houses their own productions as well as touring companies.
Student support
How good is the support offered by the uni? Think both academic (tutors/feedback) and personal (counselling, etc).
There is the advice centre as well as student wellbeing who both have drop in sessions everyday if you need help with mental health, financial issues or any general concerns. They are great at helping and pointing you in the right direction.
Students' union
What do you think of your Students' Union in terms of student representation and facilities?
The SU are amazing at listening to studnets and getting their opinion and making change such as adding the SU as a place to donate blood.
The are two student bars/pubs on campus as well as the Engine Shed where lots of interesting acts and nights out are held here.
Local life
Is your university in a good location in terms of distance to accommodation and local amenities?
Everyone in Lincoln is in walking distance so there is no need to pay extra for buses or trains. The university is at the heart of the city with accomodation, theatres, restaurants, shops and cinemas very near by

There are loads of societies, academic societies and sports available to anyone no matter of ability or age.

What do you like most and least about the way your course(s) are taught?
I love the way that the lectures see students as fellow dancers and creators and they really listen to your needs and feedback.

The career centre are great at giving advice on how to write CVs, how to prepare for an interview and they cab help you gain The Lincoln award which will recognise all your achievements and things you've been a part of to stand out in front of employers
