The best thing is the campus, so big and green. Maybe if there a proper way to transport to and out easier.

Sussex is a fantastic place for students looking to study whilst getting involved with current affairs, such as environmental issues. Your opinions feel heard and there are so many opportunities to meet likeminded folk through the diverse range of societies available at Sussex. Course coordinators are constantly checking in and offering one-to-one to support and responding to any queries new students may have. There are many extra curricular activities as well that will help you to stand out and start thinking about a future career. Sports and social life at Sussex is also extremely lively with there being multiple places to get drinks and meet up on campus. Those wanting a perfect mix of urbanised life whist keeping in touch with nature (given all of the fanstastic places there are to walk near Sussex, such as the South Downs). My one critique would be a lack of vegan options in some of the on site eating facilities, but improvement are continuing to be made in this area.

Law is such an interesting and diverse subject, and it feels very much like a blanket has been lifted from over my eyes in regards to the knowledge I have gained whilst studying at Sussex. Law is obviously a subject that is quite content heavy, so be prepared for lots of essay writing. However, many of your tutors will try to make things more interesting, an example of this being to make a presentation on your legal brief (which can be completed at home, no pressure) instead of an essay. The fact all lectures are recored is fantastic as it means you can take things at a pace that works for you. Be prepared to get lost on the first time finding your seminar rooms though, there are lots of signs around Sussex but Google maps will honestly be your best friend at the start :)
