The best aspect about university life is stability. There's always a schedule to keep and deadlines to meet which is good for me as I like having a structure. It also gives you a way to participate in, maybe, 2-3 societies or clubs. This way you can meet new people, again, at set times with a schedule so there can be balance between having fun and experiencing university life whilst achieving the grades I am aiming for. The staff that have taught are good at teaching as they know what they are talking about and it shows through the way they teach but some staff cannot teach which does lead to stress and self teaching. It can be improved, however, by having student support more trained. This is specifically towards academic skills as they all have they own of explaining/teaching but it's almost like an experiment to see which tutors are helpful and if they are not, it ends up being a waste of time. This can be frustrating such as these appointments are limited and are somewhat difficult to come by.

The course is an in person course. This means there is contact with lectures. They also respond to student emails in a timely manner. One thing I would say is to make it clear how long it takes to respond to an email. For example, it is policy for teaching staff to respond within 2 working days but other departments such as well being or student finance, it is not clear what policies they follow. Fellow students whisper within in lectures which make it difficult to concentrate and focus.

The best part is the support provided by the staff members. They are very helpful and are willing to support us no matter what. The worst thing in my experience is the travel to the uni. Even though this can't be fixed by yourselves it's literally the only thing I hate about uni. Takes 2 hours to get here on a bus and costs £4000-5000 a year on train.

The best thing would probably be the way in which teaching is delivered. Everything is available online and lectures have added everything we could need on brightside. The worst maybe would be that when studying 2 subjects like crim with law, the law work that's done in other areas which we don't cover is not available to us eventhiugh some of the content is showed in our lessons.
