It’s been great, I really like the tutors and students I’m with. I’ve learnt so much about counselling theory but also in the real world too. I feel like it’s really setting me up for my career. I wish I could do more with the uni but I live so far it’s too difficult.

They seem great, the campus is a little small but there is lots of space in communal areas to sit and do work.

The feedback is okay. They take 20 working days to mark work which is thing is a very long time. I think there is personal support but I haven’t really explored it.

Very good support system such as a mental health team. The course reps seem good and there is a lot of facility access for my course.

I like the personality of my lectures and their general knowledge is amazing. It’s nice to hear about their experiences as a therapist as the two main lecturers are working counsellors too. I least like the way they have dealt with work. They messed up the deadlines-told is the wrong ones, and haven’t given us much support on it.

We had a career guidance talk which was very helpful designed for our course so it really opened my eyes to potential jobs. The careers department seems great I’m going to make an appointment with them soon.

Couldn’t fault it. Anything you could thing is not a problem for the university. Enjoying it even more second time round and I didn’t think that was possible.

Excellent. During undergraduate degree they improved them, they are continuing to do the same again now during post grad. Ever improving

Personal support is excellent all in central location to the university. Difficult to Connacht by phone however Academic support is great but limited to days I. Which tutors can see you. Working makes it difficult to see tutors on selected times 2 day a week when it’s an hours drive to get there. Feedback is swift in select cases

Officers are easily recognisable. Bar shop food what more could you ask

Yes, start of the year there are career talks. Lectures also gear towards employment. Services advise from central location
