It's a wonderful uni in a good area however this year the uni and union have clearly had some budget cuts but still do what they can

The course is super interesting, hands on and has plenty of interaction between students and lecturers. Definitely preparing us well for going into a career in counselling

I personally loved clanny house, a bit of a dive but great for what you payed for. Huge rooms with great heaters but the WiFi was dodgy at best. Some ceilings did have asbestos in them but it was home

Such an incredible university with lecturers who are passionate about teaching which inspires students. The friendly and inclusive environment on campus is consistent and often enjoy chatting to restaurant, cafe and domestic staff. Sunderland University is such a great place to study.

Staff are incredible and truly inspirational.
