the Ask4Help team are extremely helpful! my only downfall is the lack of financial support travelling to coach lane campus if you don’t live in the city centre / heaton to use the free bus. I live in jesmond and it’s £25 a week for the metro which is a lot for a student, plus a 20 minute walk in this cold weather.
