The staff members care a lot about each student and offer as much help as they can. Unfortunately the area doesn't seem the safest and I don't feel very comfortable going out alone. Although, you would likely get that in most places. Overall it is a very good university.

Course numbers are big so we go quite fast and it is sometimes hard to keep up. We have to contact the lecturers for specific help.

I had to wait 8 months for my window to be fitted properly and due to this I had black mold and a constant draft. I was ill all year because of this and only got better when I wasn't staying in halls.

The professors are very passionate about what they do and it reflects great in their teaching. There is plenty of places on campus to study alone or in a group. There is lots of shops and activities near the campus.

There is a good amount of hours of lectures for each module and each module has a drop in session for each week if extra help is needed. Teaching quality is amazing and lectures always answer emails promptly and are happy to answer any questions.

Rooms are a great sizes with a nice en suite. Kitchens are big with plenty of space for storage for 6 people and the hall is located within walking distance to the university and high street shops. It is very cheap for what it is and staff are always very helpful. Kitchen checks are performed every 2 weeks so make sure the kitchen is safe and clean
