The University provides a large range of amenities and facilities to the students, Always welcoming the students to a new study environment. The location provides ease of access to the public transport facilities. Most of the buildings are maintained clean and tidy. The range of facilities offered in the university buildings is great. A lot of study areas and lounge areas. The student centre is a positive well-lit environment. A lack of coordination and administration was experienced by the university. I got the wrong CAS letter during the time when I needed to apply for a visa to reach the UK. The revised CAS letter was provided by the university after 2 weeks, making my visa processing delayed. Also, a lack of support and feedback was been observed from some of the tutors regarding the doubts about the assignments and replay for the emails. A negative attitude was found in response while raising the issues with the assignments and correspondence. Some of the buildings are not still updated with new amenities at the moment. Racism was experienced by one of the senior staff mainly towards Indian students. Also, the emails were not been replied to in response to the Indian students.

The course was mostly taught in class, and some of the dissertation sessions were been taught online. I contacted the concerned tutor and course leader to attend the class online since my CAS letter was wrong, and it took a lot of time for the revised CAS letter to arrive, the mail didn't get a response. Also, I received the wrong timetable for the classes and reported to the academic team about the issue twice and then got the timetabling corrected after nearly, 2 weeks duration.
