I have been truly impressed by the quality of instruction and quality of life at the University of York. My classes have been organised, rigorous, and tailored to my interests, my lecturers have been ready and available to assist me, the campus is beautiful, the city is exciting-- I am very happy that I chose York!

My course is a blend of small group seminars and lectures exploring different aspects of the Romantic Period of literature, paired with expectations and a plethora of resources for expansive independent study. The staff are fantastic, there is always some visiting lecturer or speaker or event-- the course is a community of learning and support.

Safe and clean and quick to respond to facility needs.

The university location is the only downfall as it is far away from the centre which makes travel costs expensive if wanting to experience life in York. However the library facilities are great

I love undertaking PBL

Halls were very expensive however I understand York is generally expensive
