the teachers are communicative and friendly, ensuring you are comfortable with the learning and challenging you when necessary. PAT and student union is very supportive and frequently check in to make sure you’re okay academically, emotionally, mentally, physically, and financially. there’s plenty of support and help in place for students who may be suffering or in need of help in anyway. the wifi can be difficult at first, and the signal isn’t always great, but you find spots where it all works fine. accommodation is fine, however when there’s issues within the flat, it can take hours to days for someone to come out and check it, which can be quite inconvenient. either way, they still support and do checks weekly.

the teachers are supportive and communicative, ensuring that the content isn’t too overwhelming. yet they still challenge you as they have high expectations. they are friendly and you can have a laugh with them, which is very comforting especially when you’re new. feedback is fine, sometimes a little unclear but they tend to clear up any confusion in lessons/if you email. they are always available to email, and response times are very fast and efficient, even in the holidays!

it’s spacious enough to not feel cramped and overwhelmed. it’s quite cosy and feels like home once you’ve settled in. there’s a cleaning cupboard which is really helpful for when theres tidying to do in your room or communal areas when the cleaner isn’t there. the shower can feel a little cramped, but it’s generally okay. when we need something looking at within the flat, we get a response over the phone asap. however, for someone to be sent out to us can take a little longer- from hours to days. this is understandable on their behalf, however it can be a little inconvenient.

the university has great accommodation and makes your accomplishments feel extremely praised. the student union is very welcoming and suitable to all students
