I dont feel my degree programme has considered the responsibilities of parents when structuring its timetable. As a single parent with no family support, the childcare demand due to early starts or late finishes have drained my finances at a very economically challenging time, adding to my stress levels. I think that if I was aware of this when considering universities, this would of been a factor that made me choose otherwise. However, the university has done what it can (within the confines of the existing timetable), to try and accommodate my needs. I am grateful the be on this course as I find it very rewarding, the teaching is great and the campus is conveniently close to the train station

Recent strikes have impacted upon our contact time at university, which has been frustrating. However, the quality of teaching and delivery is great, and the reflective aspect and feedback from our work is invaluable

The campus is located right next to the train station, which is really convenient for me. In addition, it is right next to Peel Park. I like being close to green spaces
