UEA is very supportive in assisting the problems I encounter promptly. The only shame is Norwich is a bit far from other cities.

Most of the modules draw on wider materials and are taught in blended learning. It allows great flexibility. However, it would be nicer if students are provided more opportunities to contact with the tutors.
