Overall, the University of Northampton is a really nice place to study as the campus is modern and centered around how students want to learn and study. The main thing that does need improving though is that halls in particular can be quite expensive (mainly on campus).

Overall, I've really liked the course so far. I like that a lot of my course time is spent in in-person lectures rather than on online lectures as I prefer face-to-face teaching. The facilities for the course are good and I've been able to gain hands-on experience with the real hardware and software that is used in industry. My only complaint about the course is that some modules make the presumption that you've taken A Level Maths and include complex formula even though A Level Maths isn't a requirement to get on the course.

I stayed in halls for my first year and really enjoyed it. Your experience may vary but I got allocated to a flat on the 3rd floor with some really good flatmates, many of which I'm still friends with today. The amenities are good and electric, gas, water and internet are included in the rent price. The main thing downside though is that the on campus halls are a bit expensive and it was really hot in my flat all year round.
