According to me Newcastle University scores 4 out of 5 overall. I am studying Electronics and Computer Engineering and this department of Newcastle University ranks 9th in the UK. I must say I am pretty happy with the teaching methods, number of lectures, the labs, practicals and assignments and the number of hours devoted for each are perfect thus giving us time for self study.

Life at Newcastle University is simply excellent. I am very happy that there are libraries open 24x7 and the University is always trying to help the students if they face any problems. While at University in first year, you should always plan to live in halls of residence. The friends you make there will turn out to be your friends for the lifetime. Work hard and have fun during the weekends.
