Nice library facilites, easy to get around. I find too much of the course is online, majority of my lectures in fact. I dont think this is very good especially for £9250 a year, and it doesnt give the same interactions and relationship building as it does with in-person lessons. It can be quite boring and hard to concentrate especially when the teacher is simply reading from a PowerPoint.

The best aspect is the content itself, its fun for the most part. I enjoy the coding tasks and I really enjoyed the maths but unfortunately that module finished last term. The course hours are pretty good, enough time to do independent work and also enough time with the teacher. The worst part for me is the online lessons, I cannot concentrate sometimes and I get bored quite quickly, I think this is a feeling shared by many students.

My time at Aston University has been very enriching and wonderful, especially in terms of studying computer science. Comprehensive resources are provided to help you gain exam knowledge and confidence. It provided a good mix of lectures and practical laboratory work, which played an important role in understanding the course content and consolidating knowledge. You can apply lectures through activities such as exam questions and working in a lab, resulting in a more thorough learning experience. The campus itself is very beautiful and provides a suitable environment for both academic and social activities. The library offers a variety of learning environments across multiple floors to suit different tastes, from lively common spaces to quiet corners. Individual learning styles are taken into account, from social group learning to independent and quiet learning. What's great about the faculty is that they respond to emails very quickly and demonstrate their commitment to student success. I asked and immediately received several emails from several instructors offering to help me with the course. Overall, this university offers excellent support for students who want to go beyond what is possible in their studies.

We have a diverse learning type, as their is a blend of online lessons, this has been seen for the computer systems module, and there is in-class learning environments as seen with the programming module. There is also a large blend of lab works and lectures, where lectures allow us to affirm knowledge about what we are learning, and the lab works allows us to consolidate our understanding of the topic, through either exam questions or practical coding tasks.
