Being a Distance Learner, the classes scheduling and the materials provide are very good and so easy to work with. The online interactions and the forums provide by the Lecturers are just superb.

The provision of the online classes is good despite facing challenges basing on the location, speed, quality and costs of Internet in Malawi. The course hours are fine though there is much pressure with a combination of work and family commitments. I will recall having lost a sister followed by both of parents being ill requiring my attention but I still had submit the assignment on the scheduled date. Contact with lecturers has been excellent and they have always been forthcoming.

The lectures delivered have been delivered so comprehensively and very meticulously. The lecturer is well knowledgeable in the field and is really very friendly and accommodating in answering questions. Enough assistance channels have been made available by the university to students in order for students to get help and assistance with ease in any area they might face challenges. Overall, learning us are very interesting and easy as a result of the operation and system of the university
