Honestly I have no complaints. The staff has been amazing and the lesson are truly thought out and helpful even if we miss a lesson due to illness the lessons notes are easy to follow so we don't fall behind

The university is a good place to study it has a wide variety of facility's for the students to use and the labs are clean and the computers work well. There are some areas I'm not too sure on like getting directions because of the name of some of the rooms when i first started it took me some time to locate some of the rooms I had lectures in but once you figure out the system it becomes much easier to navigate the facility's. The staff at the university are all very helpful if you have any questions or problems the staff are very quick in their replies by email or finding them is rather simple and their advice is useful and can help student a lot. Honestly I've never really step foot in the student union but I heard from a friend that it's a helpful place to gather information and their is always someone available to talk to when you go in. If i was to change anything in the university is would be that sometime the key-cards to the rooms can sometimes stop functioning for no reason and block access to the buildings that you are trying to enter, I think if they added a digital one to the beacon app that the students could use to sign into the building with and then give a reason as to why they are using it rather than a card (E.g The card isn't functioning so I had to use the app to open building door) and then the app could tell them where to go to have their card reactivated.

Honestly the quality of the course is good the lectures give clear and easy to understand instructions if i was to give a fault with the course it would probably be the time table for instance one of my timetabled lesson is 17:00 - 18:00 and on that day im not in until that time so i have to travel from a distance in order to attend a lesson that is literally an hour long, further more the lecture / talk is on a Tuesday when the main lesson is on a Monday so im likely to forget a lot of the new useful info and not put it into my work.
