I love the course that I do, I like the area where I live, the support is really good! I don't really have anything bad to say

It's OK to stay in, very expensive though.

Excellent area to study in. Cornwall is an amazing place in the UK, beautiful scenery, friendly locals. However its expensive. Facilities are perfect. Almost everything you could need, you can find either on campus, or in the surrounding town/area Great campus, very good, modern and clean facilities SU offers a large variety of societies, support and activities for students. Worst part about it is the housing situation, cost Student housing is very limited due to Cornwall being a very tourist-y area, and house prices are very expensive compared to other parts of the country

Course content is excellent, and provides many relevant skills for the industry Work placement and internships from what i've heard are difficult to find in Cornwall, and therefore not as successful Lecturers and teaching quality is very good, with lecturers always being available to help if need be, but others are very hands off, and promote independence very well Career prospects are very good, with the large majority of graduates going into their respective industries. Subject facilities are excellent. If you can't do work at home, there is always somewhere on campus to do it Tutor contact time is very limited. Timetabled sessions are only 1 hr 30 minutes per week. Tutors are only there if you have issues, and serve no other purpose

All things considered, Glasney (the largest halls in the uni) are excellent halls are directly on campus, and a 15 minute walk away from the nearest supermarket, making travel between home-lectures very easy. The halls are very safe, with at least three locks between the main doors and the rooms Glasney is the cheapest of the halls options, and therefore excellent value for money. Room allocation was not good. Most students will be put in shared rooms, despite it being the lowest on their priority list. Internet/Wifi was surprisingly good, especially considering the heavy usage of it due to course related work. No major issues throughout the year Utilities and other aspects of the property would often require regular maintenance, however said maintenance caused little disruption, and was often quick to be completed/carried out
