The lecturers are so kind, welcoming and supportive; they're always happy to help you out and talk through any problems you might be having. The Canterbury campus is beautiful, located near the historic abbey and cathedral as well as local to a lot of good places to eat/shop. I would say the main problem I've had while at CCCU is accessibility concerns with the buildings - if you are a full time wheelchair user you may struggle to get around the main campus area unaided due to heavy doors, poorly thought out building/hall arrangements, and some issues with step free access.

All of my classes have been in person, but the learning materials and lecture recordings are uploaded to the portal for you to view whenever you like. The Game Design course is mostly taught in the Daphne Oram building, which is modern and has lots of things that you can make use of while studying here. The lecturers on this course are so friendly and supportive. I think the only problems I've had so far with the course itself have been some issues with the course team's organisation/preparation at the start of the year.
