Not as much contact hours as expected, but content is interesting.

The university is very welcoming to students, both local and international, as plenty of support is available. There is a wide variety of activities going on in the Students Union every month, which really helps to enhance the student life on campus. However, if your building isn't on the main campus itself, you might feel slightly detached from university life and need to go out of your way to take part in it.

They provide a decent range of modules catering to different interests, and so you're likely to be able to take modules on topics you're interested in. On top of this, the lecturers are passionate about what they teach, and you can observe this in lectures and seminars.

It's an extremely compact and walkable city, especially in and around the city centre. As a result, there's no real need to use public transport if you don't require it. This way, you can choose to save money on your commute to university if you need to.

The hall definitely feels safe given how many card access doors there are. It's also a great location especially if you study on main campus, about 5-10 minutes maximum depending on the building your classes are in. The room is small but nothing unusual for a university room, and the ensuite is a great bonus. If you get a room facing the back, the view can be really beautiful especially at sunset.
