Swansea is a great place to study. I have found the uni to be a friendly place and the location is brilliant! The uni is right on a beautiful beach and has a park behind plus the Gower Beaches are very close by and there are buses to them. There are good nights out every day of the week, and an on campus bar (with very cheap drinks). I can't speak for all courses, but the lecturers on my course have been brilliant - running a big range of modules and being very approachable and helpful. Swansea is quite a sporty uni, there are lots of clubs including snow sport and water sports clubs and even Quidditch- there is a society for everyone. If you pick swansea you won't regret it!

The SU don't help with issues , they just pass you around like a parcel and no one helps.

My department and the events and support from the department are amazing

I think often students are put in unsuitable rooms and that we are money for them rather than valued people
