Swansea is a small city but it has its own charm. It is a seaside city south of Wales and has great places to explore every day. I love riding my bike to Mumbles and enjoying the sunset there. I love to try new bars and restaurants from different cuisines on Wind Street for the night with my friends. I love shopping at the ethnic shops on St Halen Rd where I can find all the ingredients to cook my favorite traditional dishes from my home country. If you are looking for quality education at the best universities in the UK, enjoy outdoor activities and long walks in wonderful scenery, and want to live in a multicultural city, I strongly recommend you to attend Swansea University.

It is Wales's third largest university in terms of number of students. Swansea University has 8 colleges spread over two campuses located on the Swansea strip. The Singletlon campus has a large library and Egyptian museum. Swansea University's International Sports Village is a five-minute walk from the Singleton Park campus on the west side of Sketty Lane. I am on Singleton campus of Swansea Uni which means we are very close to the beach and town. I love the location of the campus as it is beautiful and close to everything! I wish there were more supports for international students that are wildly advertised. A lot of international student services need to be sought out and are not so obviously available

I love the content we cover. Now that I am in second year there is more room for electives rather than just set course selection. It really makes learning about the law (which I am passionate about) so much more interesting when I can pick what I areas to focus in on. We still run an online session once a week for an hour even though all lectures being in person. I wish this hour long session was an extra hour of lecture instead.

The cost of living in town is crazy right now! I think this is a common shared experience across the UK right now though. I do love living in Swansea because of the beautiful green spaces everywhere and the beach!

I really enjoyed living on campus but I felt it was very overpriced. As an international student there weren't many options for accommodation in first year outside of staying in the uni halls. I wish it were more affordable.
