Derby has many facilities and is a great location to travel between Birmingham, Nottingham, Manchester, Sheffield, Lake District, Peak District, and many other things. Derby has many amazing hospitals and a great cost of living. Every city has good and bad aspects; even in the university sector, the area sometimes doesn't feel safe.

Low-class numbers allow interaction with the lecturers and time to understand the material. Yet, many are afraid or have learnt that coming to a teacher for help is usually turned down. This has provided a double-edged sword for many who choose engineering. There will be fantastic support once you reach out.
