I have no regrets about joining the university; I feel that, over time, I have come to find my community within the university, mainly due to working within the student union. I love the energy I get from being on campus and feel appreciated. I know how much the university try to put our voice at the heart, the only way to see this is to get involved! My only comment would be the university's lack of removing protests from campus - they have been running for over a year and cause a lot of noise that is distressing and unfair to student peers. This issue is not specific to UOB but it is one thing I would love to be thought about more.

My course is fully in person - i feel my course has its ups and downs. Of course the main body is amazing but sometimes you get average lecturers who read from their PowerPoints instead of teaching per say. You do get lovely staff members who I feel do really care about me but when you get a bad lecturer in a module it can really overshadow attitudes.
