The past 3 years have been very pleasant and I enjoyed it very much. Although with covid we pretty much lost half of the on campus activities, we still managed to have practical sessions.

I have always admired working in the laboratory to formulate and inspect drug candidates since my undergraduate program. Eventually I stumbled on University of South Wales masters program in pharmaceutical chemistry. Among others, the program have chemistry modules, drug formulation modules and quality in manufacturing module which I was able to relate with the modules because of my background in chemistry and haven worked as a quality assurance personnel in manufacturing industry for over 7 years. I was not disappointed when I started the program and found out that all the necessary facilities to make my program worthwhile were available. The school environment been multicultural and internationally friendly is a plus for me. The teaching services including the lecturers are accommodating and well experience. Also there are various social activities within and outside the campus to make the overall learning experience balanced. Also as an international student, the tuition payment plan is the most flexible in the whole of UK. You pay 50% immediately after admission. Then when studies begin, you have the opportunity to spread the remaining 50% in eight instalments. I have not heard of any school in the UK so relaxed as University of South Wales regarding tuition payment. This is a great advantage for student to study and easily pay the balance of their tuition fees. I just started my program about 3 months ago and so far I have not experienced any academic challenge. The only downside for now is not related to the school but extremely cold weather issues. I come from a country with two basic seasons which are the dry and raining season. Overall I am enjoying every moment in school and I wish myself the very best with my studies.

My course modules are in-class learning which involves workshops, practical session and tutorials. The best part is each students has a portal where you can access the learning materials, study ahead for the next class and also listening to recorded classes. The lecturers are time cautious, well experienced and accommodating.
