Best four years of my life, the city has great nightlife yet has a village type feel of all the independent shops. So many clubs and societies, all really friendly people and most of the lectures are very willing to help you outside of class. Student union doesn't host many nights out but that is to be expected as the city provides more than enough range and cheap drinking. The SU does work really hard for the students to have a voice and ability to effect changes in the university. Would recommend bristol to anyone who wants to get and good degree and have an amazing out of course experience.

The walking time to lectures from accommodation is very short which makes it useful and convenient. One disadvantage is the 9am lectures , it's way too early!

I feel there is too much work and less time to relax and to do hobbies. The content of the course is however interesting and easy to follow.

The kitchen is not cleaned enough by cleaners and the laundry is expensive and there are a lot of problems with the washing machines. The room is spacious and comfortable and the manager of the accommodation is friendly and will resolve queries very quickly and efficiently .
