Cardiff is a beautiful city and the campus building are amazing pieces of architecture that give the campus a distinct look and feel. The course specific support from staff could be improved when it comes to introducing new skills and new assignment/assessment styles. The course specific organisation is lacking and can be unhelpful for anxious students. The course itself is interesting and informative.

All the course is taught in person and delivered by knowledgeable staff but often feels recycled and like the staff are bored of there topic or content and have not updated it for years. Some lecturers are not interested in student feedback which is useless. Year 2 is a heavy year workload wise and there is consistently high contact hours as a result of having multiple lab days a week.

It was the cheapest halls available however the ceiling did collapse and rats are commonly in the outside communal areas so it never seems like anyone cares about the housing.
