The best part about studying engineering at Canterbury Christ Church University is the intimate nature of the classes. All sessions are small seminars for group work, where you can readily ask your lecturer anything. You don’t have to wait in a hall of 300 students with your hand up, just to be ignored like you would in many institutions. The new Verena Holmes facilities are incredible! All the labs and engineering workshops are amazing and often have better specifications than that of those in industry. The spaces are designed perfectly for teaching and learning, as well as for your own research and design time. Furthermore, student support is excellent. I am always able to contact my lecturers when I need to and receive a quick reply. Student feedback is also encouraged and readily accepted, with it being taken on board and actions being taken to improve the student experience.

Best learning Facilities at Christ Church University for Chemical Engineering and other Engineering fields to study in. Excellent in communications regarding your studies and your wellbeing makes you feel important here. It might be challenging especially for a new student in using Blackboard during the first month but communication with CCCU team and tutors will make you improve and achieve your studies faster.

Always received my lecture content earlier before the lesson, which helped me prepare for the lesson prior. Had challenges in submitting my weekly deliverables during early weeks. I always submitted late deliverables which worried me but getting in touch with my tutors improved my skills.
